The questions people ask before they ask us.
Most of what is written about this is either a sales page or a translation of one. These are the questions we actually get, answered with real numbers where the numbers are ours, and with a working demo at the bottom of every one.
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
Ours is $49 a month for up to 1,000 conversations and $149 a month for up to 6,000, with setup included. On top of that you pay Meta for WhatsApp messages, which for most small businesses lands somewhere in the low tens of dollars a month. Anyone quoting you a single single number for everything is either absorbing the message fees or has not told you about them yet.

How do you automate invoice data entry?
You photograph or forward the document, a model reads the fields off it, and the numbers get checked against something other than the model's own confidence. The reading is the easy half. What makes a pile of documents safe to file is being told which ones came out wrong, and most tools are quiet about exactly that.

What does the WhatsApp Business API cost in Lebanon?
You pay Meta per message, at a rate that depends on the recipient's country and the category of message. You may also pay a Business Solution Provider for access, and some add a margin per message on top of Meta's rate. Replies to customers who messaged you first are free inside the service window, which is why an assistant that answers people costs very little to run and one that sends campaigns does not.

Can AI read Arabic invoices?
Yes, current models read Arabic script well, and that is not the interesting part. Arabic invoices are harder than English ones for reasons that have little to do with the alphabet: the layout runs right to left, the numerals may be Eastern Arabic, and one document often carries two languages. The only answer worth having is the one you get from your own documents, so test rather than trust.

How much does a website cost in Lebanon?
Ours are $299 for a site people read and $999 for one they use, both paid once, both yours outright. The number matters less than two questions most quotes avoid: do you own it at the end, and what does it cost every month after launch.

Can AI answer WhatsApp messages in Arabic?
Yes, and Arabic script is the easy part. What breaks most tools here is M3arrab, which is Arabic typed in Latin letters, and the habit everyone has of switching language halfway through a sentence. Send a tool three messages before you buy it: one in Arabic, one in English, and one that reads like kifak, addesh el se3r?

Is it safe to let AI read our invoices?
It depends entirely on what the vendor does after the reading, and most will not tell you unless asked. On our demo the file is resized in your browser, sent once to be read, and never stored. Reload the page and it is gone. Ask any vendor the five questions below and you will learn more in ten minutes than from any security page.

How long does it take to build a business website?
About a day for a few pages that say what you do, and about a week for something that takes payments or bookings. Neither of those is the number that decides your launch date. Waiting on your photos, your prices and your bank is what makes a two week project take two months, and that part is in your hands.

Do I need the WhatsApp green tick?
No. The green badge and the verification you need to operate are two separate things, and people conflate them constantly. Business verification is what lets you send at all, and you do need that. The badge is a separate application judged on whether your business is notable enough to be worth confirming, and plenty of perfectly good companies never get it.

What should a small business automate first?
Whatever is repeated every day, follows the same steps every time, and costs you something when nobody gets to it. For most businesses that is answering customer messages, because the cost of missing one is a booking that went elsewhere. Do not start with the most annoying task. Start with the most repeated one.

What is an AI receptionist?
Software that answers your customers on the channel they already message you on, usually WhatsApp, and can do things rather than only talk. Book an appointment, quote from your real price list, take a message when it should not answer. It is not a phone system and it is not the chatbot you have shouted at on an airline website.

Can AI book appointments automatically?
Yes. Reading a request and putting it in a calendar is solved. What breaks is everything around it: a calendar that is not the real one, rules nobody has written down, and two people asking for Saturday at ten within the same minute. Get those three right and the booking looks like magic.

Do I need a website if I sell on Instagram?
Instagram is where discovery happens here and you should keep it. But you do not own it, nobody finds it on Google, and everything a customer needs is buried in a story that expired yesterday. A website is not a replacement for Instagram. It is the part you own, and it should be cheap.

What does it cost to keep a website running?
A domain is about a dollar a month. Hosting a few pages is often free, and a busy shop usually runs between five and twenty five dollars a month. Add a few dollars if you keep records in a database. Everything beyond that is somebody charging you rent on a website you already paid for, unless they are doing work you asked for.

Can AI read receipts for expenses?
Yes, and receipts are genuinely harder than invoices. Not because the text is complicated but because the paper is: thermal print fades in a wallet, it curls, and it gets photographed one handed in a car park. The reading is fine. What matters is whether the tool tells you which ones it could not trust.

How do I stop customers not showing up?
Most people who do not turn up have not decided against you. They forgot, or they wanted to cancel and could not face phoning. So the two things that work are a reminder on the channel they actually read, and making cancelling so easy that they tell you instead of vanishing.

How do I move my WhatsApp number to a business account?
It is a supported move rather than a hack, and a number can only live in one place at a time. Before you do anything, decide whose name the account is in. The number is the most valuable thing your business owns on WhatsApp, and businesses lose it every year by registering it to whoever happened to set it up.
