Reading an invoice is the easy half. Anything can produce a number. What makes a pile of documents safe to file is being told, honestly, which ones came out wrong.
It measures the focus before it reads
Every photo is scored for sharpness in your browser, before anything is uploaded. A page too soft to read is called out immediately rather than quietly guessed at, and it never costs you a reading.
It says when it is unsure
Confidence is about the characters, not about whether the number looks sensible. Anything shaky is underlined where it sits, so a value you should check never looks the same as one you should not.
It checks the arithmetic itself
Subtotal plus tax should equal the total. When it doesn't, you get told. That one is done with a calculator rather than an opinion, so a confidently misread digit still gets caught.
Nothing is kept
Files are resampled on your machine, sent once to be read, and forgotten. There is no database behind this page. Reload it and everything is gone.
This demo reads up to twenty documents at a time and does not keep them. The real thing runs on a folder, an inbox or a WhatsApp thread, on whatever schedule you want, and keeps the archive so you can find a page again months later.

Genuinely large volumes get a lower rate per document, so tell us roughly how many you handle a month. And if you later want this pushed straight into your own accounting software, that is on the roadmap rather than something we can promise today.
- Setting it up is free. On the monthly plans you pay the first month when it goes live, and nothing before that.
- The receptionist is month to month. Give us a month of notice and we stop.
- A shop window is paid once and it is yours. The monthly one runs on a twelve month minimum, then goes month to month.
- Document automation has no monthly fee at all. You pay per document, and a quiet month costs you almost nothing.
- These are our Lebanon prices, in USD. If you are in the Gulf, ask us. The work is usually bigger and we quote it separately.
- WhatsApp charges its own per-message fees, billed by Meta directly. For most businesses that is a few dollars a month.
